Blood in semen and in urine.. nothing I do can stop it

October last year there was blood in my semen and also in my urine, both were blood red. I went to the hospital and they did tests and gave no conclusion. They told me if it happened again to come back. It happened again about 2 weeks later and this time there was a clot in my urine but I managed to urinate it out. After which it was difficult to urinate, I only could go in small amount. I went back to the hospital and went on antibiotics. They said I probably have a UTI but there was still no conclusions. I was booked in for a cystoscopy but by the time my appointment came about, I no longer had this issue. Only now, 7 months later, I’m having the same issue again. It seems every time I ejaculate, there is blood in my semen and after a clot and blood in my urine for a few hours.
I’m wondering if I should go back to the hospital but it seems like it would be a waste a time again. I’m back on antibiotics but they didn’t work last time anyway.
I used to get really bad nose bleeds and I feel like this is the same sort of thing. Every time I ejaculate, it’s like it’s a trigger for a nose bleed type situation in my sexual organs. I’m wondering weather my symptoms sound like something dangerous. I’m also curious whether my bad hay fever could be a contributor.

I forgot to me mention that I am a 19 year old male. I also have been sexually inactive for the past year.

What's happened in you case?
I'm going through a similar situation. For the last year, I've been masturbating 3 x 4 time a day. Then, last July I did it six to eight times. During this time I was feeling odd symptoms in my belly button area. Perhaps over exertion.
A few days before I smelt my semen and it had a metallic smell that I know its blood. Then, after that , On July 27, I did it six to eight times and peed blood. Happened again the day after (three times). Then, it stopped for four days. Then, it happened again on July 31st. for only one time. After that, I stopped masturbating or looking at pornography.
However my symptoms were the same as yours.
Urge to pee.
Though can't pee that much.
Ache when having erection around the base of my penis.
Urethra irritation
Cut like feeling inside the penis.
Weird aches and pains around my belly button and pelvic area.
Sunday, I began to test myself, didn't even masturbate when I had an erection and ejaculated. A few days later, I had another urine in pee event today, a few days after I ejaculated. I don't know if its my prostate or my penis flaring up.
