Blood in stool-32 year old male

Posted , 2 users are following.

I need some helpful input. I've had 2 colonoscopies in the past 7 years, no issues found. For a handful of months now I have blood in my my stool. I do have external hemmoroids, and they sometimes bleed, but no pain in my stomach. Some days I'm constipated, some days a normal stool, some days diarrhea. I can literally feel the blood dripping as I pass a stool at times. Crazy enough, I still have a pretty large appetite. Any tips or suggestions on what this might be???????
