Blood in stools

(Without being explicit) I have noticed blood on tissue after use, however the blood wasn't actually in my stool or so it didn't appear to me. Not sure if this is relevant or not but I was constipated for about a week, around a month ago.

Do I need to check this out? or do I need not to worry?

I am 21.

Advice appreciated smile

    most possibly due to hard stools because of constipation, add plenty of fibre and liquids to your diet

    Thanks, yeah that's what i thought, but when I saw blood I thought that it could be something else.

    A tiny bit, like from a minor cut on your finger, is nothing to worry about, just a tiny little scrape up your Sigmoid Colon smile
