Blood in Urine

So I am a 27 year old female who has been bleeding from my urethra for about a year and a half now. I also experience incontenience also before the bleeding starts. Now, this only seems to happen during my period and I have had an MRI of my bladder and also a cystoscopy but both have shown nothing. I don't have any pain but I do have a strange pressure in my right pelvis region while this occurs. None of the doctors I've been to seem to know what is causing it but I fear there is some underlying reason for this. Any suggestions or similar issues would he greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear about your problem.

    Have the doctors eliminated the possibility of endometriosis?

    The pain on one side you mention and blood in urine are telltale signs, but of course, it could be something else.

    Endometriosis is one of the most under-diagnosed disorders. Even if the doctors dismiss this possibility I would seek a second opinion.
