Blood in urine after sex

44 year old. have had 4 occurances of blood in urine immediately after sex at age 30, 38, 39 and most recent around 3 months ago at 44.

only after sex, not masterbation.

was checked after 1st 3 times but not yet for last one.

first time was lots of blood and clots in urine for several urinations over 1 night.

last time was blood and small clot for 1st pee after sex then all clear.

previously tested psa, and kidney etc etc at hospital. all clear.

last time was after i had abstained from sex for 1+ year due to covid circumstances.

im heading overseas soon and will get full hospital medical so what tests should i ask specific to this? assume nhs will take time now so can wait...

    I would be surprised if you had blood in your urine after masturbation. Blood stems from cuts somewhere, or can be from severe infections in most cases. Its hard to pinpoint what your exactly experiencing, as in diagnosis. Go and see the doctor.

      if it is all clear after 1 pee then id assume it cant be infection. 2nd and 3rd cases no infection detected.
