Blood in Urine...Irritated genitals, Prostatitis, or some Cancer....help.

Hi,
I'm a 34 year old man. I suffer from Anxiety, Depression, and OCD.
Ever since last year when I cold turkey my antidepressant. I've been having various symptoms due to withdrawals and one of them is hyperarousal. Usually I would masturbate once or twice a day. However, after that, I'd be doing this three to five times a day for seven days a week. I began to have aches around my naval and or pelvic area. In addition, noticed hesitancy when peeing and clear discharge when pooping since I suffer from IBS also.
On the last week of July I kept doing this, and after I ejaculated I smelt my semen, and instead of having classic bleach like smell, it had a metallic smell to it which I know its the same smell as blood.
Two days later, I think is when I pushed my genitals too far, I masturbate from five to eight times a day. After that, I began peeing blood. Then, the following symptoms occurred
Pain in the tip of the penis.
Pain around the base of the penis - Pain around the base when having an erection.
a cut like feeling down my urethra.
burning sensation when peeing
urge to pee - though not been able to...I have to force it out. (with both pee and poo)
Ache on testicles and or sensations in the area between the genitals and anus.
anal pressure.
Premature ejaculation without masturbating.
ache like Sensations around my belly button or below the right side of the pelvic wall.
Doesn't help I also have off balance feeling, or feeling tired which comes with anxiety.
Peeing blood has been intermitten. Didn't have an episode until today. Last episode was the 31st of July.
My primary mentioned that I had irritated my genitals, and this was cause for the bleeding. Recommended me to lay off any self pleasure and stop masturbating excessively. She sent to be seen for psychiatric help since I might be suffering from sex addiction.
It was calming down until I dared to watch some porn. Never masturbated though did get erections that were painful some of the time. I had the premature ejaculation event without even touching myself. After that occured, I had the pressure sensation that I needed to pee once again, and the sensation went away after I peed. However, I kept doing the same, pushing and rubbing on my genitals, and noticed slight aches and pains around the pelvic wall, and discharge from my penis.
Today, I woke up, then I had aches around my belly button, and constant urge to pee. My urine was normal, until I began to pee blood again.
I'm scared that this might be something else more serious like Bladder or Prostate Cancer or something wrong with my kidneys. She ordered blood work done, and that came back normal. She did a urine test and didn't find any UTI, though I'm having all the classical symptoms of one.
I've already called her office, and since she's booked all the way to October, she's going to call me and do a phone consultation, so I hope after this she refers me to a urologist to get the definitive answer if these symptoms are just me screwing up with my genitals or something else.
I've come across that most of my symptoms match that of Prostatitis. Any of you can give me some peace since I'm freaking out that this might be something more serious.
