Since having my daughter I've had occasional bleeding after a BM. It's only on the paper and very small amounts. Sometimes it's painful to go and sometimes it isn't and there's still blood. My GP couldn't see anything wrong when she examined me so I'm now worried that I have cancer. Please help!

You know the drill—fiber, Sitz baths, otc creams—if you get one with steroids, use only 7 days. Others you can use longer.
If you are really worried, see a colorectal doc—s/he will put your mind at ease. Hugs to you...you will be ok!
