My blood pressure is Systolic118/Diastolic83 today. I notice Diastolic pressure is around 80 a lot of times. Do I need to be concerned about it.? Systolic is around 118 to 130. Thanks

That's a normal healthy blood pressure, no need to worry about it.

@monica70748, 120/80 is the classic benchmark for normal!

Plus or minus 10% is still normal, and the machines aren't all that accurate either so a few points either way means nothing.

    Wish mine was that good!

No worries. In an ideal world <120 <80 but less than 130 and around 80 is very good for most people.

You are absolutely FINE!!!! A few points (such as 3) is nothing to be concerned about. Blood pressure fluctuates several times/day, sometimes minute to minute.

Don't become obsessive about it, which is easy to do. I'm sure your doctor is pleased with these readings. Enjoy life...be happy....As others have written, & I'm saying again...you're doing great.
