has anyones blood pressure changed since

going into perimenopause/menopause?

mine has gone up

but my healthcare provider does not think

perimenopause causes changes in blood pressure....

    Hey Keke...

    You are NOT alone. My BP numbers have increased throughout my ENTIRE menopausal journeys; I attribute this, yet another TRYING symptom... to hormonal imbalance. Be well, my menopausal sistah and STAY hydrated!

      just wanted to see what others think

      since the healthcare provider didn't see the link between perimenopause and blood pressure

      seems like healthcare professionals need more education on this area....
