Blood pressure and thyroid

hi, i have no thyroid, it was removed because i was told i had cancer. there was a discussion about this they closed but i think it is very important. i am seeing a cardio tomorrow out bp meds and i do hope he is aware of this connection.

i take between 90-105 mg of armour, depending on time of year, less in summer,90. if i get hypo or hyper my bp goes way up.

hopefully there will be discussion here about this. john

    my blood pressure also gets high when my thyroid is hyper active or when i am over medicated. also, evaluate your other lifestyle choices that may cause high blood pressure for example diet, exercise and sodium intake or smoking good luck
