blood pressure medication giving me acne which blood pressure meds have least side effects for this

am 53 old male and suffer from acne think ramipril is breaking me out round chin and mouth been acne clear before taking this! been taking ramipril for 3 years and been battling ever since think its time for change so need something a med for bp with fewer side effects dont know if anyone having similar experience?
