Hi.New to this forum OK i am trying to find the best blood pressure tablets that does not give
you muscle cramp & does not effect the erection also sex drive.
Have tried Valsartan Also trandolapril & amlodipine getting side effects with these three drugs

Losartan does not have ED as a listed side effect. In fact when it first came on the market it was said to help erections.

I have not got muscle cramps from any of my BP meds, but they all change your body's reactions to exercise and how exertion simply feels.
As to any "ED" effects, the ED drugs like Viagra were originally supposed to be BP drugs, but apparently they weren't very good at the BP part. Other than that, all the drugs that are good at lowering your BP are likely to negatively affect sexual reactions at least a little - and that has been my experience.
So talk to your doctor about the situation, and maybe need to add an ED drug.
