Blood red mark on tip of my penis and very dry/smelly

So my penis has just started to smell bad and look this dry. The whiteness goes away when water comes in contact with it so it just seems really dry. Also looking at the tip there is a small blood red mark on it. It doesn't burn when i pee or anything but i have stopped masturbating for a few days when i noticed this. I had sex over a month ago and it took a while for my penis to really recover due to the fact that it had been a while since i had sex. After everything went back to normal i started masturbating and this happens.

    Hey bud, this looks entirely like a yeast infection. So, to clean it you need to run it under running water and gently rub the surface of your foreskin and your glans(head) but no SOAP! SOAP can dry you out and get rid of the good bacteria that are in your foreskin to prevent this infection. Clean your foreskin as often as you can and try to get some antibiotics. If not just keep a good cleaning regime and do not have sex with that women until she gets treated as well or shell give it to you again

      Hey thanks i think thats probably it. However im not sure why it appeared now. I only had sex with her over a month ago does it usually take this long to appear? Anyways i started only using water with no soap and there is no irradiation after. Thanks.

    It usually just depends on your immune system. You may have been fighting it off and it took the upper hand

      Hey so its mostly gone but just wondering something. I have a small red sore like thing on my tip of the penis that after a shower might give a small clear bubble discharge. I dont believe the yeast infection is fully gone just yet as there are some parts that are just white. I have only been using water and rubbing until this point. Its not very visible so a picture wont really help.

    This looks like Balanitis- specifically caused by the Candida bacteria (yeast infection). 

    ?Wash the penis head twice daily with just warm water (no soap). Then gently dry the penis with a towel. Yeast thrives in warm moist spots. Even after peeing, tap your glans with toilet paper to keep your penis glans dry. 

    ?Eat anti fungal foods like garlic, natural yoghurt, onions etc.

    ?If it does not improve within a week, try an anti fungal 1% cream like Canestan. Apply twice daily for a week.
