Blood spots

I have been getting more and more blood spots on my body lately. Can someone tell me if this is related to neutropenia?

    Could be. Usually it is a sign on skin infection. The spots could be related to low platelet count as well.

    I am not a doctor, and advise you to consult one and to do blood cells count

    I've been with MDS for over three years now, my blood count dropped suddenly (Netropenia and Thrombocytopenia) and is quite stable for all these years. However, mu symptoms vary, I had skin infections, and bruising changes from non-existent to moderate with same blood count.
