Blood sugar test 14.4 and worried.

Hi everyone, I am really worried about my blood sugars. I also have binge eating disorder which means I eat when I'm not hungry, tired, bored or sick. I tend to binge on sweet stuff, so I'm trying not to worry too much. My blood sugar was 14.4 after tee, and it was 14.1 after breakfast. I am also totally blind, so can't go out for a walk on my own. I am on insulin, long acting, just 8 units a day after breakfast. Should I be worried, and what can I do?

    Hello Hope you are doing good. I had 13.2 at one stage now its 6.5 fairly controlled
