Blood test aftermath doesn't look right

Posted , 1 user is following.

I had a blood test on the 26th of April. It felt more painful than usual and was really sore. I removed the plaster after a few hours and the incision was the size of the plaster. It was very thick and long. It is is now badly bruised and the blood is spreading and showing under the skin, darker in patches. I am pretty sure this is not correct medical practice. This phlebotomomist has also made a similar mess on another family member's arm.

I'm not sure what to do.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
