Blood test found minor NONE Iron deficient Anemia. I have questions.

Hello, I'm 30 male, I recently had a blood test and my doctor let me know I have minor NONE iron deficiency anaemia, since all my other levels are fine. About 3 years ago before a surgery for a broken bone I also had minor anaemia, however last year my blood work was fine. My doctor asked me alot of questions via message about my bowls/stools, and family history, and said he might have me get a colonoscopy. After I answered them he said my answers and age are reassuring that it's nothing worrisome/serious and scheduled a video call for next month.

I can't seem to find any reasons for anaemia without iron deficiency that aren't "worrisome" after doing research. Should I push for that colonoscopy? Does anyone know of any "None worrisome" causes of minor anaemia I might have missed?

I read that colon cancer mainly causes anaemia due to low iron, but i'm still worried about it now that I learned it often goes undetected until it's heavily progressed, as well as other conditions I stumbled upon.

Thanks for your time.
