I now eat better and go the the gym on a daily basis and so far I have lost 6 pounds in 1.5 months. I decided to get some blood test done to make sure everything was good with my body and I had 2 flags. I have looked up the 2 and I cant understand whats the problem. I hope its nothing serious...

Bilirubin results may be affected by certain foods, medications or strenuous exercise.

AST (SGOT) results may be affected by medicines, herbs, or supplements.

Best thing is to speak to your GP as they are in the best position to interpret these results and put your mind at rest.

I forgot to mention that I take Depakote 500 mg twice daily but its been about 3 months since I last took it. I was trying to see how long I can go before I get those tremours and nothing yet.

I take Epilum as I'm epileptic so have skewed results as both this and Depakote would affect the result. I am unsure how long the medication would need to be stopped for it not too.

The two tests mentioned are to do with liver function which is why they can be affected by so many things.

Your GP should have been sent the results and would have asked to see you if there was anything to worry about.
