Blood test results hormones

Dear all,

Yesterday I received the results from my blood test and I have a couple of questions regarding the outcomes.

Here are the results:

-TSH – result 0,14 – reference interval 0,4/4 (Only my TSH is always low)

-Prolactin – result 0,2 – reference interval 0,03/0,26

-Progesterone – result 1,3 – reference interval 0,8/4,9

-Estradiol – result 0,18 – reference interval 0,07/0,17 (Slightly ellevated)

-Testosterone – result 14,3 – reference interval 10/35

I'm 28-year-old guy who is suffering from both IBS and CFS/ME.

My questions are:

-Isn't my testosterone level on the low side since I did the blood test in the morning?

-Is it recommended to get more blood tests done regarding my hormone levels?

-Does estradiol levels in men also fluctuate during the day?

-Can these outcomes cause symptoms like those of CFS/ME?

-What does it mean that my TSH is continuously too low, but other thyroid-related levels are fine? Can it cause any symptoms?

Thanks in advance!

-Nick
