Blood test worry

Posted , 2 users are following.

I've finally bit the bullet and been to see the Dr today about my balance issues and general anxiety. They have taken some blood to check my Full Blood Count, B12, Thyroid, Vitamin D, Iron and Folate. Now I'm having panic attacks that they will find something really bad wrong with me. I have a severe health anxiety and this was a really big deal for me to do this today but I'm genuinely worried sick now.

Lisa that’s great that you went! if you didn’t go, you would be sitting around day after day and feeling way more miserable! theres nothing worse than that.

i I can tell you from my own experience that general anxiety can definitely cause balance issues! I’ve had many of those and all my test came back normal.remember that anxiety causes negative and scary thoughts but those thoughts are not based on fact. They are only based on fear. They are not real and they are not a part of you and you can let them go.

go on YouTube and search for some great relaxing meditations for panic and anxiety. I use those a lot and they really help! It helps you stay in the present moment and not worry about tomorrow or the future.

i I have a feeling that your results are going to be perfectly normal! Slow your mind down, breathe slowly and deeply, take a relaxing bath and then listen to those meditations. Everything‘s gonna be OK. Feel free to private message me anytime! ❤

Thank you Jan. I just feel so ill all the time. My balance has been off for weeks now and I feel so weak and tired all the time. I'm so grateful for your kind words and I really hope you are right about the blood tests
