I get blood tests every three months, I am on Sulfasalzine, I have record book to record blood results, I am in the UK, is this the norm for all patients, Thanks

Yes it's normal, when i was on Sulfasalzine many moons back I a little yellow card which i had to take along to my gp for fortnightly blood tests, I also had to supply them a urine sample as-well. I think it was all to do with liver levels but don't quote me on that as its has been many moons

Yes that seems to be the norm. I am currently on Methotrexate and have to have my bloods taken every 2 weeks. Although mine get sent straight back to my consultant. This may all change when I see him again in 2 weeks.
Can I ask how do you record your own bloods in your record book? Who is checking them and how do you get the results back?
