normal hemoglobin levels in me but my red blood cells are tiny i am not lacking iron, b vitmins or folate. but what dose it mean to have tiny red blood cells

    What are your blood test results?  What is the result of your MCV?

    I would imagine that your MCV is only slightly low, being everything else is normal.  Which is okay and nothing to worry about.  It would only be worrisome if hemoglobin and RBC are out of range also.
