Blood Tests to make sure Pregnancy

Hello ! I am 29 of years old, 5'4" weight 66kgs from India married (No Issue yet). I had last menstrual bleeding almost 45days ago. We have maintained a very protective sex life unless few times. Since few days i was having Acid Reflux, Vomitting Tendency, Constipation etcs. I couldnt believe to be pregnant till today morning test. I have given images it is showing that i am pregnant. I have decided to do Beta Hcg test toady and another Beta Hcg in anothr 48 hours(It should be doubled) . I want to know further which tests can determine that my pregnancy is real positive or not ? I need to tests get done before i go to a doctor .image
