I have a broken blood vessel on my penis corona. It is still there for 1-2 years. I don't know what to do. Is it bad? Can I get rid of it or is it permanent

You don't say if it is painful, but if it is, see a doctor soon.

However, if you have not already had this checked out by a Doctor then that is the only way to achieve the peace of mind if it is causing you distress. The alternative is to go to a GUM clinic / Sexual Health service and have this checked-over by people who deal purely with genital health related issues. Simply do an online search if you do not know where your local service is - if you have let this drift for up to around 2 years, you need to achieve closure, peace of mind and a solution to this issue - best get this sorted properly now!
