Is there any blood work recomended to rule out or find things that cause vertigo it just comes out of the blue

I would think they check for b-12 imbalance or thyroid imbalance and that kind of stuff. Maybe even if WBC is high it could show infection of some kind which might make someone fatigued/crappy.
But as long as that's clear I think they start moving on to the heart/head/ear area.

lyme Disease can mimic some of the side effects of Meniere's.
