Bloods are fine so what is wrong with me?

For almost as long as I can remember I’ve felt like my body doesn’t perform or react quite like other people’s. I’ve been to the drs multiple times had endless blood tests all coming back good. (My partner is also a scientist at the hospital I’ve had him take a look at them too any he said they are good too)
I’m 27 year old female, 5’3 and I weigh around 7st 10lb (I’ve always been thin and struggle to gain weight) I have an active job working at the hospital doing 12 hour shifts on my feet but don’t do any other exercise. I have a pretty good diet I don’t eat meat but do eat fish.
So my symptoms are..
General fatigue - I pretty much sleep through my days off. I do sleep very well though at night.
Brain fog- I used to be really sharp as a kid but from around 14 when all this began my memory has worsened and I struggle to get my head around things often.
Chills and goosebumps- I get them every so often normally just on my arms but they feel really intense I sometimes feel extremely tired with it or nausuous. When I measure my temp it’s always within range.
Tachycardia- I have a resting heart rate of around 112. I’ve had a 24hr ecg which showed no irregular heart beats it’s just really fast.
Muscle spasms- I can only describe it as feeling like I can feel the blood pumping through my legs it sometimes goes up into my lower back and can be quite painful.
Pulsing stomach- high up in my stomach/ bottom of my ribs. It normally comes on after eating or bowel movement (I also get nausea, fatigue and breathlessness with it)
My body is quite sensitive to medications so I don’t currently take any except occasionally omeprazole for acid reflux. I also had a very bizzare reaction to a general anaesthetic last year my heart stopped momentarily and I had a rash up my arms and chest and swelling to my face mouth and neck. I went to allergy testing and it showed nothing much except an allergy to dust mites.
I’m so fed up of not knowing what causes it all.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

let's go back a bit ... you said for as long as you can remember, how long ago was that? when you were 12? before that, what was your childhood like? do you have sisters brothers? are they healthy? how were your health at 4-5, where were your parent's recollections?

Same problem with me, I'm 28 have general fatigue, brain fog, wierd aches and ... but all of blood works are okay.
I don't know what to do but it can come from anxiety or depression.

I don’t think I’m depressed I get a bit down sometimes but it’s more out of frustration that I can’t say go out and do things as much as I’d like. I think I have quite healthy or normal anxiety like most people if they were going somewhere new or meeting lots of new people but generally I’m quite laid back.

Hi Lotty,
You could look on the web at symptoms for cfs/me. You can have mild, moderate or severe levels of this. There's usually a trigger to it so, can you remember something happening like getting a virus, something stressful happening? Have you been tested for lymes, vitamin d deficiency ? The difficulty is there 's a host of things that can cause your symptoms. Cfs/me comes back with normal bloods usually.

My dr did send me to a specialist for m.e and she said she didn’t think I had it because I was able to still work an active job and didn’t take any pain medications.
Sometimes I think the only reason I do manage to work my job is through sheer determination but other things do suffer as a result.
I’ve never had any bad illnesses or viruses and didn’t exeperience any really stresses until I was around 15/16.
I’m not sure about Lyme disease? But my vitamin d levels and thyroid and things are all fine.
Am I right in thinking that there is no treatment for m.e?

Hi Lotty,
There's no treatment for ME but people do recover.
From my reading there's 3 levels of cfs/me mild, moderate and severe. Mild is where people can function etc but aren't able to do this without a reaction. I'd check it online so you can see for yourself what it says.
Did they look at lupus too?
