Bloody diharea???

For the past two days I've been getting red in my little bits of diharea that is getting rid of the bits of fats anyways I noticed that there are bits that are red but I have been eating some watermelon too is it just that or?

Is it actual Blood or food? The tablets can make you bleed from your back passage at the start

  Oh I don't really know I wear a pad and when I fart it and the yellow stuff comes onto it a little and it sorta does look like it but I dunno to be honest

  Does it look like blood? believe me you would know if it was blood have you eaten anything red? Tomatoes etc it could just be fat. Any chance you have piles?

  could be that i suppose but i would monitor it. But bleeding at the start is normal if you feel worried i would go to the Dr

"If" you suspect it is blood, you really MUST speak to your doctor or nurse practitioner, even if you think you are wasting their time.
Blood in stools can be a sign of something far more serious, trust me, I have first hand experience of it!
