hi all. Iv started Fem 7 patches on monday. last 2 morning both came of n shower. Any tips would be appreciated.
ps i actually feel an ease on my sweats. Or am i just thinking??

I had this exact issue and nothing worked - holding them on longer, heating them up, heating the area up first.. zilch!
UNTIL!! Someone recommended Tegaderm film dressings over the top. They worked like a dream and did not come off at all.
I eventually changed to Evorel estrogen only patches and then added in utrogestran pessaries for the last 10 days as i have a prob with many progesterones... 😦
I bought Tegaderm from Amazon - think it was the 6x8 size and if you look at the reviews some of others use them for this reason.

PS. Late last year I did ring the manufacturer about the non-stick issue and was told they were pulling them from manufacture for this reason snd that they would be back in manufacture for end of 2019. This is the UK manufacturer... I think warehouses still had some in stock though.

great hrt in fact hoping to go back on these give it time i changed to quick without giving them a chance they have best progesterine and i still bled on other hrt plus these were out of stock so big demand for this particular hrt . good luck
