Bloody looking bruises on penis head

Hi everyone i hope someone can help me. Long story short, this started at about age 14, i injured my penis head by dry humping a sink cabinet and i looked at my penis and it looked like a bloody red bruise, it sounds funny but it's the truth. Anyways after that day this same injury has been reoccuring and it's taken a great toll on my life. It's prevented me from having sexual encounters, caused me stress and insecurity, and i just feel like less of a man. I have taken an std test and there is nothing shown but herpes simplex, but i've been having cold sores since the 7th grade, and the first time this occured was due to injury in which i explained above so for a fact im pretty sure they are not connected.
There is no blood in my pee, or sperm.
I have no trouble getting erect or ejaculating.
and it really doesn't hurt at all it's just a little tender or sensitive in that area.
Symptoms:Tenderness to touch, Bloody red visual bruises.
This has happened to me 4 times in the last 2 months, just by me laying down on my stomach and getting erect. It got injured like that, and also i fell asleep and woke up from a good dream to a bad day with a bloody looking penis =[.
what's worse is this takes so long for it to fully clear up, and when it does im so prone to the accident i wonder if i will ever have a normal looking penis and it's really scaring the heck out of me i want to cry. Why would a woman want to date a guy with a bloody looking penis? They might think i have sti's and i don't. This problem is eating away at my soul so PLEASE someone help me i beg you.

Go to a urologist. Uts my understanding that you damaged a blood vessel and uts become more prone to bleeding than it should. I doubt that they could do anything about it unless you want them to out you on something that prevents bleeding or open your penis up with the possibility of ruining your sex life completely. A real women wouldnt care about that. If you take the time to get to know them to the point where you are getting hot and heavy- explain to them that it's not sexually transmitted and that it's just a very vascular area prone to damage since your accident. I've had circumcision complications since birth which means my penis bends irregularity, tears with firm erections and I cannot have kids- this stopped me from doing anything with women till I was 25 and found the love of my life- she didnt care that i had part of my scrotum put on my penis, in fact she didnt even notice anything till I mentioned it- women look for personality. Men look for looks so your mind is twisted. Its sounds like from your story that you have quite a HARD time and that shows a funny personality

I do get regular small markings like this on the head of my penis, including where a small vessel bursts and causes a bleb underneath the top levels of skin. I have dealing with these issues for around 7 years.
The best advice is you need to develop a sense of how to be kindly towards the head of your penis to minimise the possibility of this occurring. You don't say whether this marking occurs every time you masturbate to ejaculation? You mention this can occur during sleep. While this may be difficult, try experimenting with different ways of laying in bed so that additional pressure is not placed on the head of your penis.
With masturbatory practices, try stimulating yourself so that you recognise the precise point where no damage occurs. Then, while flaccid, you need to start to massage the penis on a regular basis - if you can avoid an erection that would probably be better. Again, you need to find just the amount of pressure and amount of time you are massaging your penis so that you always avoid damage within the head. Find a nice oil or lube to do this, perhaps an actual massage oil, or even Baby Oil would be sufficient.
Unfortunately, you will experience a lot of the downside of what you have been already experiencing. Without developing your individual 'Penis Friendly' approach the blood vessel (s) causing this may never become naturally resilient enough to withstand the rigours of having an erection and sexual activity. When you do get the internal injury the only thing to do is to abstain from masturbation and try to avoid erections for as long as it takes. I frequently have to avoid all forms of flaccid and erect stimulation for 3, 4 and 5 weeks at a time - you may need to do this for far longer until natural healing has occurred.
Then, start flaccid massage very gently - the idea is that resilience develops over an extended period of years - and YES, I do mean years - in the hope that eventually the damaged blood vessel can achieve natural strength and resilience. My penis issues began when I was 16 / 17 YOA - I am 61 now, and have to work at maintaining my penile health everyday: having a sense of when to rest, when I need to stretch, when I need to use a steroid prescribed for one of the issues I have, and when to lay off all activities.
You could see it as a 'training program' - only you will constantly start from zero each time injury occurs. Until you develop the personal knowledge of what to do, how far you can take things, when to back-off completely, and when to take the correct number of weeks and even months of rest, then, slowly build the massage and progression to extremely gently massage when you are erect, then again, after an extended period of 5 to 7 months of no injury issues, add very slightly more pressure. Unless and until you can do this with no injury issues, and the blood vessel develops a greater level of resilience - you will always have the problem!
However, as Tang3 states, go to a Urologist - they may come up with a solution that may be lead to a way of resolving this .....
Do none of the above and you are almost certain to experience what you have now throughout your life, unless the blood vessel (s) self-heal themselves naturally through time ..... Good Luck ....

thanks for the advice, luckily for me this only happens when there is direct contact to the head for me. I can masturbate without this occurring, i have gotten oral without this occurring, and I've also used pocket pussies (first time I've ever ejaculated into something else) let me tell you it was the most intense sensation i ever felt on my penis and i thought for sure that it would cause my problem to occur but, it didn't. I guess I'm lucky i didn't severely injure myself. I am grateful that it doesn't interfere or altar my ability to have sex, i'm just really insecure about the way it looks and how i would have to explain it to a woman if she ever saw it.

Hello,
I stumbled across this page because I am having the same thing.
Although I do not remember bruising my glans and the evolution of this is a bit different.
I first had this after haveng quite vigorous sex with my girlfriend (maybe it's that?)
I do not remember having had any pain or discomfort ever and it's been a year.
At first the bruise remained (especially in summer) I went to see a dermatologist that prescribed an antibacterial that did not do much.
The spot went away on it's own after a few weeks and then reappears whenever I masturbate vigorously or I have sex with my girlfriend (always the same).
I have been tested for stds and am completely clean still no pain or discomfort in any way and the red spot has decreased in size (the original one) but other smaller dots have now appeared.
Is this related to masturbation and should I stop for a while?
I am fairly sure this is a blood issue for it reappears only after an erection that lasts a while or when I "squeeze" the glans, so it is surely not dermatological or infectuous. However I have still no idea how to get rid of this.

Please see a doctor about this.
If it is something serious, the sooner it is diagnosed and treated, the better your prospects are.
