Bloody stool

Hello, I have a illeostomy due to Crohn's disease for 41 yrs. I have been on pentasa for 17 yrs and have been in remission for at least that long if not longer. Recently during routine endoscopy, small bowel study, colonoscopy, pill cam, 3-4 months ago Gastrologist has said I'm in beginning stages of active Crohns, although really had no symptoms he wants to put me on Humira although I'm not on it yet.

So ok I have noticed more watery stools, I have nausea almost every day, some cramping, I had some extreme pain where I no longer have a rectum (removed in 1978) and the last couple of days I've noticed Red bloody stool. When first diagnosed with Crohns in 1978 I was very sick, blood in stools was black not red so I'm not sure if this is Crohn's. Dr out today so was just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this.
