blue blind spot when blinking??

so I have visual snow and started seeing a blind spot when I blink in the centre of my vision at night. It gets smaller in better light conditions but I never saw it in the day. till I began worrying about it and started blinking fast in the daylight to check if I saw it in the day too. And now I see a blue spot in the centre of my vision when I blink fast even in daylight.. I started seeing the one at night around beginning of the year and went to the eye doctor two times since then. both times he said everything was fine. but at that time I didn't worry about it so I didn't tell him... I also researched about blind spots but I found nothing like it. please tell me if this is serious!!!
