Blue hands

Hi all, any advise appreciated. I've been feeling really rough for the past year on and off, mostly on. I'm lightheaded feeling faint and a bit rubbish during these episodes. Have bad tinnitus sometimes and the most worrying symptom is my blue veins hands. Since I've felt rubbish I have noticed my blue veins coming out on the palms of my hands and on my fingers. Is this a clue to something? It's really worrying ne abd I can't stop checking them when I go through one of these episodes to check if they've got worse!

TIA

    Hi there,

many data are needed to judge your condition as your age, associated diseases, and drug intake.

first and  simple advice is to do CBC (Complete blood count ) and check your blood pressure .

    hope you be fine soon.

Thanks, blood pressure was very high the other day but this was following being very panicked and it's come down since, still a bit high but way better and I'm still anxious so been put on anxiety pills. I'm 31 and the Dr said she didn't think blue hands indicated a circulation issue, if I'm honest I'm worried I'm just going to die! Sounds dramatic I know but I feel my brain is doing odd things to me lately x

      Do n't worry at all.

      You just need some investigations,

Ask your GP for blood tests regarding immunoglobulins for vasulitits and artheritis.

I think this will be a good start.

Thank you, my main fear is that I'm leading up to a heart attack or heart disease but surely something would have happened in a year? Also that I may have a clot but the Dr said this would be pain that did not subside. I also am suffering vestibular migrains and not sure if this is an issue
