Blurred/black vision head spinning during workout

For the past week and half/ two weeks I have been experiencing blurred/vision (sometimes my sight blacks out for a second) and my head starts spinning uncontrollably for a minute in the middle of my lifts as if i'm about to pass out. Today in particular was bad. I actually had to leave the gym in the middle of my leg day because my body started shaking as well. I'm not quite sure what could be causing this because I have been lifting weights and eating a healthy for the past 3 years. I drink water every day through out the day. I've recently cut back a lot on sugar and am not consuming as much as I use to because I'm trying to lean out for summer. I am in NO MEANS STARVING MYSELF but definitely not eating as much. I feel like this might be the reason though? I am not sure. I'm 20 years old and have never had any sorts of health problems.

A first visit to the GP is in order.  It could simply be a small drop in blood pressure.

I do think if this started after altering your diet this is a potential cause. I think you should try changing beck to your previous eating habit for a fee weeks and see if it makes a difference. Also go see your gp.
