Hi Steve, I don't know if I've ever experienced blurred vision as a side effect, but I do have blurred vision and I attribute it to aging and reading too much, especially at night time. I've always had bad eyesight. Was nearsighted since 4th grade. Then I started to need reading glasses a couple years back. Then I got dried eyes and need to drop some droplets into my eyes 4x a day, which I never do. Then I got a strange nerve growing, but it's being monitored for a year now and it seems normal.
What bad is the blurred vision? And are you pretty certain it's the side effect?

Hi Steve,
Yes I definitely noticed a change in my vision when I first started on sertraline, blurry and just generally not as good as usual which concerned me.
I'm on week nine and it does seem to have improved however my right eye still goes a bit blurry every so often for no reason.
I use moisturising eye drops to stop them from getting dry.
The initial blurriness did pass though, so I hope that has provided some reassurance.
