Blurred vision (cloudy eyes), tingling in my right shoulder, and restless legs

Y'all this is CRAZY! I'm 42 and have had a REALLY hard past three years. It does seem to be getting a little better, but I just wanted to ask about three really weird symptoms that I have been having.

Sometimes (usually accompanied with anxiety or a low mood) my vision gets blurry and my eyes appear almost jaundice and cloudy. I am a non-drinker, work out and a pretty good eater. Anyone out there have this?

I also have tingling (in my forehead, face and in my back right shoulder) and restless legs at night. I'm very curious about the eyes though. I've has this for a few years now and would be interested to know if anyone out there is experiencing the same.

I know I don't personally know any of you, but I wish I could give you all a BIG hug and thank you SO much for your love and support on this site. It has been a HUGE help for me!

hey I've got numbiness in my hands like I'm about to drop anything i pick up. My vision is blurred so got my eyes tested and have got glasses. Also I've been taking Vit D for the past 3 years and its helped alot.

Get your bloods done and make a DRs appointment to rule out anything else.

I have the numbness in my hands and vision problems as well and the eye doctor just says I have very dry eyes. All this bull crap of many symptoms. It gets better only to be replaced with some other symptom. I take the Vitamin D, C K2 Magnesium, B12 and it really has helped but like I said, something else shows up. I'm thankful for my friend Lisa who I met here and all these ladies because it does help with the health anxiety.

My blurred vision is due to eye fatigue and dryness. I would highly recommend going to optician to get them checked.

My vision is my worst and scariest symptom. I have had migraine auras, blurry vision, after images, static, extreme light sensitivity, etc.. It is awful and it fluctuates. As far as I can tell, it is worse right after my period. But, it also seems super random. I hate it and it causes me a great deal of anxiety.

Sounds like it's definitely related to whacked out hormones!

I have all that as well. I was reading that blurry vision was a side effect of dropping estrogen.

It's so good to hear other people experience the same things I'm going through. Makes me realise its not some deadly disease.

I also suffer horrendously with the blurry vision, dry eyes, eye aches and eye fatigue.

I've been having issues with my left eye - a different thing to the dry eyes but I've been reliant on my right eye being my good eye. This has been checked with the eye clinic and they've said there's no problems with it just my eyes are dry.

I've also been getting the tingly feeling on my face, my arms and hands. I also get horrible neck and shoulder pain I've noticed all these issues are worse between ovulation and a period arriving.

I've just started another period late last night after only having 1 on the 5th of this month, so that explains the super achy neck and dry achy light sensitive eye pain.

I'm currently taking cerazette and wondered if I need something else to help add in some estrogen as id read this can cause the symptoms.

    I'm also taking

    Vit D3

    Evening primrose oil

    B complex vitamin

And have just ordered some omega 3.

    Anyone else anything similar?
