Blurred vision , confused , speak but the right words don't come out

For about ten years on and off I've gotten blurred vision along with confusion and speaking but not being able to get the right words to come out,  some times there is numbness in my lips and left arm,  occasionally but not all the time I end up with a headache and also get alack of vision in on eye,  ive gone along thinking it was just a ocular migraine Any ideas?

      I haven't been to a doctors because it only happens once every few months and I had my eyes tested last year only problem was a stigma in my left eye and glasses for tasks that involve a lot of staring at screens etc , my doctors you have to book appointment on a Monday for the whole week and there's never any appointments left so that kind of delays me making one plus by the time I would get an appointment the symptoms always go and I'm that kind of person that feels like a time waster if I go when there are no symptoms 😕

    Hello Danielle,

    I originally had those symptoms and still do, I had severely low vitamin d and later diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. It could be just a vitamin deficiency though
