Body ache, swollen fingers, knee pain!

Hi Ladies, please comment if you have any tricks/vitamins or anything for body ache every morning with swollen fingers and knee/joint pain.. 😦 I cant take it anymoree...
+Headaches after periods severe ones.

Hi Nina20271,
I am post meno and I did have the same thing as you for a while. It has subsided but will occasionally come back. I am on BHRT and that seemed to happen when my progesterone dosage was out of whack (seemed like it happened when progesterone was too high compared to estrogen). What I remember helping me was drinking hot lemon water every morning before food or coffee, increasing Vit D and I started taking Omega 3 vitamins a few times a week (not daily). Hope that helps!

Nina have you tried tumeric? if not it helps with body pain. Other vitamins omega 3 , vitamin d , drink plenty of water keep hydrated and try your best to relax. don't over exert yourself. Be blessed

Yes turmeric! It helps with inflammation and nerve pain.
Some people also find glucosamine helpful.

Hi Nina, the only thing that has worked for me is cutting out sugar and eating a clean diet. Boring as hell but it remedied the problem. I've also had to cut out Gluten. Do you keep a food diary? Lots of foods can cause joint problems. Sugar is a nightmare for arthritis.
Vitamins only work if you avoid caffeine around 2 hours either side of taking them or eating healthy food. I've been reading up on tea and coffee being massive inhibitors of absorbing certain vitamins if you're low in them, inparticular, vit D and Iron. I couldn't understand why they weren't working. Obviously caffeine doesn't affect people who haven't got any vitamin deficiencies.

Thanks a lot! Im eating everything, but very little... no appetite somehow, eating just because I have to:)
I drink lots of coffee , no tea.. hate tea ..:) I dont eat sugar much , no sweets , just sometimes, my whole body pain is terrible, like I worked in a field kinda pain.
Im am low in vit D and B12, taking B12 but not D cause it makes me hot and very agitated...
