Body aches

so for the last 2 months my menstrual cycle decided to be somewhat regular…,! In a sense I guess I'm glad, but one thing I notice got worst is my body aches a lot more than when my cycle was completely irregular as a matter of fact I thought & hope I was done with it(since I'm 46yrs old)   are any of you ladies going through the joint aches like I am ?! If so please share & if anyone recommend something I really appreciate it.

I can't tell exactly what you are saying.  Not sure how to read some of this, cause I don't know where the period (.) belongs.  So are the body aches worse with a regular period?  Or when it was more irregular?

I found that the deeper I got into menopause, the more my body hurt. I had chronic muscle and ligament pain for 4 years.  Saw 12 different physicians,  all that had no idea what was happening.  It wasn't until I was given vaginal Estrace for atrophy and dryness that the pain went away.  So if you are having more pain with irregular periods, my guess and experience would say that your body is craving some estrogen.  It would be worth a try.

I also have this. I try to track it, but it seems to change. I have had this for a few years..off and on. I so do NOT LIKE!! Sorry you have this. My periods are pretty regular also. I try to eat well..and be gentle on me. I have read that it's hormones up and down.
