Body pain for 3 years

Hey everyone , Im 24 Female ,my story started about 3 years ago when I started to experience body pain all of a sudden. The pain is like having a tight fingers and toes, painful shin and painful jaw , painful thighs . With all these symptoms I also experience Mild twitching and a burning sensation . To say everything when example my toes and fingers hurt the other parts don't it seems like they work in shift!!! This month I am having this neck pain that is killing me stiff and painful!!! Do you guys have any idea what this is ? I did reumatology blood test all fine even bone scan. Doctors don't give me a lot of answers infect I think they don't take me seriously. Im still young but im suffering a lot, im anxious depressed and sad. Appreciate your help xxx

I'm sorry to hear about your struggles. Doctors seem not to care probably because they can't get their hands on a possible solution probably because your symptoms are puzzling to them. Also, not having a positive result to work with adds to the puzzle. Signs are easier than symptoms to work with.
I have few questions for you though. Do you exercise? Are you aware of your sleep position? Do you assume a good sleep position or are you a terrible sleeper? If you sleep in awkward position, that might explain your neck pains and the stiffness. Overall body pains might be because, like me, you seldom exercise. Try increasing your physical activities, in the form of jogging, using a thread mill. I hope my suggestions work for you. Good luck!

Hey des 91 about lupus my reumotolgist said that is not the case because I dont have other symptoms associated with lupus. Lyme I dont know actually i don't even now anything about it!

The characteristic symptom of Lyme disease is a bull's eye kind of rash formation somewhere on the body. So, if you don't see that then it's definitely not it. As for lupus erythematosus, it produces some dermal lesions.
