Bone pain again!

Hi all, it's been a while since I've posted on here as my symptoms had calmed down. However the last couple of weeks I have once again been hit my horrible pain in my shoulder bone. Just on the tips and along the tops to my collar bone. And new added pain is in my sternum which spreads out. Does anyone else suffer with this? I have low calcium levels and my dr has refered me for a dexa scan (I think that's how is spelt). I've never had a scan or X-ray on my shoulder. My ALP has been up and down for over a year now with no one worried for the reason why. I am scared about bone cancer as the pain is so much worse at night! At the moment it's my left shoulder which is really playing up. It doesn't seem related to use of it. There is no bumps/lumps that I can feel and I have full movement of the joint.
I would be grateful to hear your thoughts on this. Does anyone suffer the same? I thought my amitriptiline has it under control but obviously not
I will be returning to my Drs on Monday as I am scared now.

But in the Neurolgist office last week...the Doctor did an EMG...tests nerves in my arms...and shoulders.
He got to the shoulder and found something called complex repetitive discharge...which means muscle deterioration and he said it is unusal...I feel all the same as you...all my BONES ache.
I would suggest seeing your GP and asking for follow up with a Rheumatologist....or Osteoperosis Dr...to check your "bone" and "joint" functions.

I saw pain management who diagnosed fibro but refused rheumatologist. But UK going back to pain management so I will mention it again. I've never heard of fibro being effected by the weather and I seem to suffer more during the cold weather. I was the same last year?
Sorry you've got pains too. It's horrible!
Thank you again for ur advice!

I will let you know how my scan goes when I've had it.
It's nice to hear we are all different in our symptoms. And not all the same.
Thanks again for taking the time to reply!
