Hi Cyril, I would forget bone cancer as at least one of your blood tests would have come back with a raised level.

At your age there are many more probable causes of intermittent spasmodic pain, simple solution I would imagine are just the sort of things a young healthy male who pushes his body with exercise etc will suffer with, years ago it would have been called growing pains.

Please don't worry about them I am sure that they will ease quicker than you can imagine if you can relax and just except them as a part of life and living

Just another thought, make sure you buy good supportive trainer's in fact proper running shoes, other wise you will eventually suffer big time due to the fact running is incredibly high impact and this can if not carried out correctly cause problems with feet knees and hip's

I would see an infectious disease/auto immune specialist...... GP's are over booked and unsympathetic to mysterious without an obvious answer........ go for a second opinion and don't give yourself anxiety and or panic attacks.......  get an answer..... I have had bone pain my whole life and was told...... it was in my head......

it wasn't and now all my joints need replacing and the bone pain is off the hook.... you are too young to go through this so don't.
