Bone pain in left arm. Not joint paint

Posted , 5 users are following.

Hello Ladies. I have been experiencing bone pain in my left arm. It is not joint pain. Its the bone that goes from the wrist to the elbow. Have any of you women experienced this pain ? I googled and it scared me which gave me a bloody anxiety attack.

    Hi Hope,

Not me personally, but a friend described pain like that when she had carpal tunnel syndrome.

If I recall, her doctor advised heat every day and did some physiotherapy, and it got progressively better over weeks until it was gone.

I thought that just affected the wrist and hand, but I guess if you are using your forearm to compensate for the different functioning of the hand and wrist, the pain can radiate up the arm too, just depends what exactly is inflamed.

    Hope you find relief quickly!

Hello Sara. Thank you for your reply. A friend of mine suggested to me that it may be that. I tried heat like you stated and it helped. As of now i am not feeling the pain. I do have a dr's appointment scheduled for next Tuesday and was told that i would be sent for some test. Hoping everything goes well. I was just worried because i never felt it before and thought it might be a symptom of menopause. But thank you once again for your reply and God bless.

I have terrible pain in my left forearm which radiates down to fingers. These days my right forearm too has started paining. Its like stabbing pain and I have cried many times. now upper back too pains a lot. Doc has advised strict rest and not lifting any stuff for sometime. its been three months now. I get burning sensation in shoulders. I had a rotary cuff tear 4mm in my left shoulder due to ageing and excessive car driving with manual gear. I am 52 and currently into menopause. Resting is making a huge difference but its frustrating too.
