Bone pains and body aches.

Hello ladies

Any advice and support much appreciated.

I'm having joint aches and pains, leg, arm, joints, went for xray and told I have mild bone degeneration, don't even know what that is. I have not had a period since August. I'm 53yrs old. Been in perimenopause since age 47. I'm also experiencing mild hot flashes. Migraine, neck pain. It's this bone and joint aches that is making me so miserable., I can cope with all the other symptoms.

my doctor is not very sympathetic about what I'm going through.

Thankfully there is this forum to support each other.

hey me too. I'm in pain most nights, I had to have a hip replacement at 48, I'm now 51 and know I'm going to need the other 1 doing. but I've started to get pain in both my arms at the joints, my right hand, mostly my thumb is now hurting not going to even mention my knees they are terrible and sometimes can hardly climb up and down the stairs. my lower back and also my shoulders the list goes on. I worry how I'm going to be when I hit 60 or 70 if I'm like this now. I think I've been in perimenopause for the last couple of years though it hasnt been confirmed. my doctors dont rely on blood tests for this as they say hormones fluctuate so you cant get a 100% accuracy, and just go off your symptoms. the pain started in my right hip and back probably about mid 40s, after numerous attempts at injections etc they eventually did the replacement he said it was osteoarthritis, but now as I said my other side has got worse aswell as lots of other aches and pains. I cant remember a day when I felt 100% well for a long time. all this on top of brain fog, tiredness no motivation to do anything, anxiety, lack of bladder control, stomach issues etc et. feel all i do is moan but this peri is terrible😥😥

I had should blade pain then neck pain. Then that neck pain traveled to my arm. I went to the chiropractor for a couple months and that helped with the neck pain. I'm taking Echinacea capsules and since starting them my aches and pains are easing. It works. I was also, taking Move Free Joint Pain relief. Might be worth a try. I know the last thing you want to do is walk but, I forced myself to walk for 15 minutes a day and it started to relieve the pain. Believe me huffing and puffing all the way and for a couple months but, it really does work. Low impact exercise and get lots of rest. Your so no alone but, in time your symptoms will ease. Your so not alone!
