Boots Sleepeaze 50mg has anyone taken these?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has tried this antihistamine to make them sleep at night whilst taking citalopram 20mg

    Yes I'm taking them and have been for few weeks .

    I've been totally fine with them both .

    I started on my 9th week yesterday and last night was the first night I have been able to sleep without taking anything. Slept from 1:30 intil 8:00. Feel good and the nauseau and knots in my stomach stopped as of monday morning. All in all it took me 8 weeks for the side effects to go away. Its not always a short time for some of us, so don't give up if it takes longer than some people tell you. It was hard, but I made it.

      I'm on week 8 and still taking sleepease .

      Going to try without them soon x

      Brilliant to hear, I'm only week 4 so a bit of time to go yet but having some time during the day when I feel
