borderline personality disorder

hi so been diagnosed with bad for a few years now , I'm still learning about it and I'm still learnings about me of that makes sense I was just wondering what other suffers experiences of bpd of any form are ?

    Mine is avoidance disorder,cant see friends, its awful

     the other is dependence disorder when i dont want to be left alone.

    used to be fine and none of this bothered me till it appeared.

    whats yours?

      Thanks for reply mines bpd and histrionic it's very tiring, I don't know who I am my emotions are all over the place so are my moods I crave attention bad or good and it's really hard to control I can get angry jealous sad I have a binge eating disorder which can lead to bulimia and i cam and have self harmed when it's all out of control I can have good days I kind of just try and forget but deep down u know u are different from other people u just kind of know , xxxx

    I've just been diagnosed with bpd and dependant disorder yesterday. I'm totally freaking out as it sounds pretty much untreatable.

      Hello please don't worry I know it is hard to take it all in at first I was in complete like I blank it out for four years it is untreatable and unfortunately u have to learn to live and accept yr diagnosis which is the stage I'm at now just , ok don't or at least try not to give yrself a hard time , be positive , just take it day to day I guess that's wat I do I have bad and good days on bad days I'm just a nightmare hope this helps I find it hard because it's hard living with it xxxxxx

      Hi Lucy, i have developed depemdence disorder. I just dont want to be left alone  and need someone to be with me when out, so i end up being in house too much.  Its hard for my hubby who is tied in with me.  As susan says i think we have to learn to live with it, i dont think it can just go away but we can challenge it and try to make little steps forward.  How are you dealing with yours?
