think your body is just getting getting back to normal, but you will feel alot more energetic while reducing your dosage , how are you reducing it? are you using a scale?

    Hi

Sorry if it is a late reply.

I had that feeling all the time during Beta Blockers and after quitting them.

For the next few Months, and even today 24 Months after stopping, on some days I have a feeling that my lungs (or my brain center for breathing) is broken.

So, basically, from time to time, I still have a feeling: my lungs are not breathing properly.

Or: they forgot how to breathe.

Or: are my lungs sleeping, what is this? They aren't working.

But, the answer is: Beta Blockers are slowing down the heart rate.

But they also change 100s of other things.

One of those is: autonomic center for breathing.

A bad news is: drugs have surely done this.

A good news is: it will get 99% normal over time.

    Good luck
