Hi , does anyone experience both feet twitching . Sometimes it’s the ball of my foot and sometimes it’s the heel but when I’m at rest or on a hard surface I can feel them

Both at different times twitching. I want to stop my mind taking off in regards to muscle disease .

My legs don’t feel weak and I can’t see any muscle wasting BUT I know if I don’t speak up for answers I’ll

Be a mess in another few days

Thankyou , I don’t feel anxious but it goes away and then when I think about it I start to twitch again . That’s reassuring I guess but I do get really scared that something serious is developing in my feet muscles especially

I get twitches all the time, mostly in my legs and fingers but my feet and toes too. I was worried too and convinced myself I had MS or ALS. I recently went to the neurologist and had an mri and and emg and he said my muscles were working perfectly.

I think benign twitching is super common in anxiety. I first noticed it more than a year ago and nothing else has come of a result of it so I wouldn’t worry!

I bet buzzing in my feet and twitching all over my body to be honest. So I would say try not to think about it but I know that’s hard. What helped me was reading comments of people with anxiety experincing the same thing ... rest assured I am not a doctor but I’ve had this happen to me because of my anxiety.

Thankyou so much all , you have certainly eased my mind .

I tend to focus on things and become almost obsessive sad . My twitches are constant at the moment in my feet and if I curl my toes to squeeze my feet they become much stronger . Wondering if it’s maybe just that I’m aware of the pulses we have in our feet ? Thanks again . Hopefully this is all just anxiety and my twitching stops soon . Appreciate the response
