Both second toes bent at tips. How to straighten them?

Hi there
Ok so I am a 32 year old guy and for as long as I have known both my second toes have bent towards the third toes at a 45 degree angle. This only happens at the end joint at the toe tips. The toes are still flexible andthis is not hammer toe, mallet toe or anything else I can find online. I seem to be unique. The toes do not arch or curve up only bend sideways at the toe tips.
This is causing me massive psychological issues. I have suffered from anxiety and depression for many years and the last couple I have really tried hard to overcome these issues. I have lost a lot of weight and feel better about myself but my toes are one of the last things that I still hate about myself. They just look very weird and ensure that I cant wear open toe shoes in the summer.
I have seen three chiropodists/podiatrists and two doctors and all of them have basically just shrugged and told me their is not much to do, I think this is because the toes do not cause me any physical pain or discomfort however they are slowly getting worse and I can forsee problems down the line.
Please any advice would be very useful. I have asked the chiropodists is taping the toes straight could slowly (I am aware it could take months/years) straighten them into place but dont get much of a reply.
Thank you

Hey guys, I also have this exact same condition. Ive seen Xrays of my toes and know exactly where and why they are bent haha Im extremely self conscious about them as mine are literally on a 45° angle toward the 3rd toe. My father has them and my brother and son both have them... kinda a family tradition, one which Id happily change!

Also, since you are so self-conscious of your crooked toes, do you go barefoot very much?
Have you ever worn pantyhose when wearing open-toe shoes or sandals to sort of hide your toes?
Thank you for your reply to this problem.

Hey mate i just wanted to say that your not alone with your 2nd toes curving ive the same deal with mine. I've found out that its from when we were kids and we either wore too tight shoes or because of flat feet or wearing shoes with too high of an arch. My dad and 3 cousins are the same. Stress less. I felt bad for you so I had to reply

Hi,
I know this post is six years old but I have this same problem and was wondering how you got on in the end?
Many thanks.
