i had botox in march for a chronic anal fissure. today i had some bleeding and i started to feel spasms. has anyone had luck with a 2nd botox treatment? im so sick of being this uncomfortable. the pain and itching can drive you mad!

So sorry. I'm in the same boat as you. I had botox on 3/15/21. It didn't work very well for me. My spasms never completely went away. I saw the Dr yesterday and she said the fissure was still there but was superficial. Shortly after the exam, I had more pain and more bleeding. I think the exam may have opened the fissure. I'm so so over this:(
