Botox injections in rectum...3 weeks ago

please,can someone give me advice. I had Botox injections e weeks ago,was painful 1 week after everything was getting better almost all pain gone...2 week no pain at all,stool very soft ,bowel movements 6times per weeks so I stopped taking softener for stool but got external hemorrhoid...is this in common to have it after this treatment?,as I am do down because is so painful, using Anusol but it is not helping.
